Hello lovely people,
I have been struggling with large canvases and trees lately. I wanted to do larger paintings that I thought others would want to put up in their house. I was getting frustrated so I stopped painting and the gremlins were telling me I am a terrible painter. I decided to go back to something that was easier for me and this owl painting emerged on a small canvas. It is on one of the backgrounds I painted a while ago when I was creating with the kids. This process reminded me that sometimes in art and in life it is good try try new things and even struggle every once in a while, but once I lost that sense of fun it was good to go back to something that is familiar.
