I couldn’t resist creating a lesson on my Wendy Meades You Tube channel on how to draw and paint a shark for Shark Week! What is shark week? It is an annual week long TV programming block created by Tom Geller at the Discovery Channel. It was started in 1988 and was originally devoted to conservation efforts and correcting misconceptions about sharks. Check out this video with your kids to learn to draw and paint a shark! I show a fun technique of using cling wrap with watercolour paints to create a cool background effect. I can’t wait to see your creations.
