I ran a mixed media vision board workshop this weekend at the 100 Braid Street Studios in New Westminster. I was so impressed with all the beautiful artwork that was created and how fearless everyone was. Each person was lead through a process of coming up with a word of the year that will inspire them. I then took them through a process of making a mixed media background for their word. The word I chose was Courage. Courage to create and take my art to the next level.
