Gratitude Painting Night for Adults (THIS CLASS IS NOW FULL)
Every year I run vision board painting sessions in January. This year I want to do something different and celebrate the things we are grateful for. An attitude of gratitude shifts your focus from what your life lacks to the abundance that is already present. Giving thanks makes people happier and more resilient and it has been shown to reduce stress.
In this fun session, we will be doing a mixed media painting that will include images or words that you are grateful for. You will be shown how to use acrylic paints, inks, stamps and many other art techniques to create a unique painting. There will be appetizers and of course wine. No experience is needed just a sense of fun.
